Square Enix has been expanding the titles that they are currently going to be offering over in Europe as of late. One of the most recent additions to that line up is Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure. This title originally appeared on the Playstation One and is now headed for a completely updated remix on the Nintendo DS.

Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure has been described by critics and the developers alike as a very easy to understand and learn RPG. This is definitely the type of title that would be perfect to introduce someone to RPG’s. What’s unique about this title is that it removes the typical cut scenes that make Japanese RPG’s stand out and has replaced it with elaborate songs and dances.

The redesign has been developed with all of the DS functions in mind, so you’ll be able to see a map at all times when you’re in a dungeon, along with using the touch screen for nearly all your advanced controls. Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure will be released in spring of 2009 throughout all of Europe.
