For basically the ultimate offensive Human unit combination, First train the human as a Solider to the Paladin then on the Fighter. Go master the Thief class, then master the support ability - Doublesword on the Ninja, go back the Paladin class, and you'll be amazed at the amount of damage the unit can and will inflict upon contact.
