The Turtles Paradise Flyers Sidequest is a small Sidquest originating from Wutai. You need to collect all six flyers from the world. If you find them all, the guy will give you respective prizes for each flyer you manage to obtain, during your 'pilgrimage' around the world. For Returning to Wutai with the a flyer, or all flyers you will recieve, Power Source, Guard Source, Magic Source, Mind Source, Speed Source, Luck Source, and a Megalixir. (From Order You recieve).

Flyer 2	Shinra Hq, This flyer is located on the first floor of the Shinra Headquarters and can only be spotted during one of the two trips to the place during the game. It is on the bulletin boards in the back lobby of the first floor.
Flyer 3	Gold Saucer, Ghost Hotel, Loby near Item Shop Entrance
Flyer 4	Cosmo Canyon, At the Weapons shop at Cosmo Canyon, one will be on the wall. It's in the same room as the save point
Flyer 5	Wutai, Wall Of Wutai Inn
Flyer 6	Wutai, Yuffie's basement.
