The Gunner's Gaunlet is a a semi-neccessary minigame that can be played on Besaid Island. The Gunner's Gaunlet is sort of a Third-Person Shooter that angles from the side. The character you play as is Yuna in her deafult Dressphere; The Gunner. The point of the minigame is to shoot down enemy fiends. There are certain ammunition that can be used in the Gunner's Gaunlet. However, there are various different levels that increase in diffculty.

Each fiend that is in Gunner's Gaunlet, just like fiends in a regular battle, have HP. So different ammunition and damage is needed to down each fiend in Gunner's Gaunlet. Each fiend has a certain number of points that are given for elminating a fiend.
